So my interview with Arvind went really well, I think.  Not sure how the final cut will sound. We did interviews for a promotional video about Design at work and we all thought poorly of ourselves,  seeing our faces on screen for the first time. I am sure Arvind's interview will be great (if I can tolerate listening to my own voice).  I am looking forward to its publishing soon on his new site.  More later
